COVID-19 Construction Update: OFCC Safety Protocol Notification

Many of you have probably already reviewed OFCC’s Enhanced Safety Protocol Notification. Here is the link if you have not: OFCC COVID-19 Safety Protocol Notification. The OFCC does a great job describing the Stay at Home Order (SAHO) and how it relates to construction companies. It discusses that companies must decide whether or not they are essential as defined in the Order on a case by case, project by project basis.  It also details the requirements/ protocols to ensure compliance with the safety and social distancing guidelines in the SAHO that each contractor needs to follow if they are continuing work on a project.
